Sanjay Patel a17350a541 [utils] allow auto-generation of checks for thumb triples
If there's some reason not to do this, feel free to revert and/or fix, but
for the cases I'm looking at, the script appears to do fine for these targets.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
