Nate Begeman ae749a9bb5 Correctly Expand or Promote FP_TO_UINT based on the capabilities of the
machine.  This allows us to generate great code for i32 FP_TO_UINT now on
targets with 64 bit extensions.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
