- Implement simple reassociation: (A|c1)|(B|c2) == (A|B)|(c1|c2)
  - (A & C1)+(B & C2) -> (A & C1)|(B & C2) iff C1&C2 == 0
  - (A & C1)^(B & C2) -> (A & C1)|(B & C2) iff C1&C2 == 0
