Cameron Zwarich c9e152b778 Remove the #ifdef'd code for balancing the eval-link data structure. It doesn't 
compile, and everyone's tests have shown it to be slower in practice, even for
quite large graphs.

I also hope to do an optimization that is only correct with the simpler data
structure, which would break this even further.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
