Reid Spencer cae6053587 Fix a CmpInst writing bug by removing merge cruft that I *know* I've removed

before. Also, make sure we write the predicate value for Cmp instructions
using instruction format 0.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
