Nadav Rotem d76f6eadc8 Add a flag to disable the code that looks for allocas which escaped the lifetime regions. This is useful for debugging. No testcase because without this check we fail on assertions when finding escaped allocas.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
