When we encounter a global with a comdat, rather than iterating over every global in the module to find globals in the same comdat, store the members in a multimap. This effectively lowers the complexity to O(N log N), improving performance significantly for large modules such as might be encountered during LTO. It looks like we used to do something like this until r219191. No functional change. // This transform is designed to eliminate unreachable internal globals from the
// program. It uses an aggressive algorithm, searching out globals that are
// known to be alive. After it finds all of the globals which are needed, it
// deletes whatever is left over. This allows it to delete recursive chunks of
// the program which are unreachable.
