Quentin Colombet dbefd77861 [IR] Provide an API to skip the details of a structured type when printed.

The mir infrastructure will need this for generic instructions and currently
this feature was only available through the anonymous TypePrinter class.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
