Mehdi Amini f29cc18dcb Make TargetLowering::getPointerTy() taking DataLayout as an argument
Summary:
This change is part of a series of commits dedicated to have a single
DataLayout during compilation by using always the one owned by the
module.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,

optimizers, and runtime environments.
