Andrew Trick fcdc9a44e5 indvars: incremental fixes for -disable-iv-rewrite and testcases.

Use a proper worklist for use-def traversal without holding onto an
iterator. Now that we process all IV uses, we need complete logic for
resusing existing derived IV defs. See HoistStep.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
