Dan Gohman fd29e0eb06 Convert SelectionDAG::ComputeMaskedBits to use APInt instead of uint64_t.

Add an overload that supports the uint64_t interface for use by clients
that haven't been updated yet.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
