Jools Wills c966648e00 image: increase root partition size addition to 512MiB ...

Some of the images ran out of space when doing the rsync since the du --apparent-size
addition in 5bf9b952. Increase to 512MiB which seems to be enough to account for
ext4 filesystem metadata.
