release: prepare 1.0.9 preview and clarify agent readiness

Bundle knowledge-base logos and report unverified or failed native authentication accurately. Update release metadata and document the six-agent discussion validation and known configuration limits.

Checks: frontend tests (379), desktop tests (1700), landing tests (13), frontend builds, desktop pack and dist, DMG and ZIP integrity.
