Prevent terminal-only plan dialogs from blocking headless Agents, preserve buffered replies on stop, and keep Chinese slash-separated text intact. Add Zcode discovery, execution, credentials diagnostics, and its official logo; use Hermes native streaming when supported.
Validation: 1637 desktop tests and 369 frontend tests passed; 91 follow-up CLI tests, web/desktop builds, packaging, Electron cancellation/reload checks, and live WorkBuddy invocation passed. ZGCI finish_reason and missing Zcode default credentials remain external limitations.
