Restore the README structure around the product workflow while keeping the Harness diagram in the public page. Keep private docs out of the repository by ignoring docs/ and removing tracked docs files, while moving README screenshots to public logo assets. Checks: README local links/images OK; git diff --check; git diff --cached --check.
