- Establish a clean independent Electron repository with local Agent discovery, installation, guarded execution, persistent conversations, and secure Provider storage. - Remove institutional, backend, cloud-channel, remote-participant, reaction, and sticker surfaces while preserving only local multi-Agent discussion and relay workflows. - Introduce the Relay Cam 3D identity, Claude-inspired light palette, GitHub-style dark theme, bilingual UI, architecture documentation, test coverage, and CI. Verification: frontend 13/13; desktop 133/133; web and desktop renderer builds; real Electron light/dark/minimum-window checks; macOS pack/dist; codesign, DMG, ZIP, asset, secret, and independence audits.
