Let users start from a preset and tune delivery detail, initiative, evidence, preferred collaborators and a short custom note. Make first-run setup skippable and editable later; refresh collaborator choices after startup detection. Validate and persist preferences through narrow local IPC with rollback and active-run protection. Defaults add no prompt, custom notes are bounded, and preferences never grant write access or add group participants automatically. Checks on the combined working tree: frontend 365/365; focused context, preferences, MiMo and preload 47/47; web/desktop builds and pack passed. Isolated Electron verified presets, custom save, persistence, narrow-window layout and Escape dismissal. git diff --cached --check passed.
