Ryder Sun e8e79bb498 docs: refresh public readme assets ...

Restore the README structure around the product workflow while keeping the Harness diagram in the public page.

Keep private docs out of the repository by ignoring docs/ and removing tracked docs files, while moving README screenshots to public logo assets.

Checks: README local links/images OK; git diff --check; git diff --cached --check.
