Sönke Holz e6f97c316d AK+Userland: Add and use the UnsignedIntegral concept
Unlike the previous commit, IsUnsigned is never true for floating-point
types, since there are no unsigned floats.
However, it's still nice to keep the intent clear that this concept
is only for integral types.

Sönke Holz 0153cfaee7 AK+Userland: Add and use the SignedIntegral concept
IsSigned is currently always false for floating-point types, so
this currently doesn't change anything.
However, a future commit will make IsSigned return true for for
floating-point types, resulting in the Signed concept to also apply for
floating-point types.

Lucas CHOLLET b3e0fe0299 AK: Format Bytes like a StringView in non-default modes
This fixes a crash when formatting Bytes with {:s}. This regression was

Lucas CHOLLET 4498dff68b AK: Make Default be the default formatting mode for Bytes
There is no way to opt out of the HexDump formatting mode. So let's use
the default `Span` formatter and allow the user to opt in the HexDump
mode for `Span<u8>` aka `Bytes`.

This is mainly useful to print `Vector<u8>`, as the `Vector` formatter
is implemented on top of the `Span` formatter.

Daniel Bertalan 2a403a0113 AK: Add fast path for formatting common types
This commit changes `AK::TypeErasedParameter` to store integer,
floating-point and string types as well as characters and booleans
directly instead of through a type-erased `void const*`.

This is advantageous for binary size:
- The compiler no longer needs to push both the parameter value and a
  pointer to it to the stack (which contains the argument array);
storing just the value is enough.
- Instead of instantiating `__format_value` for these types and taking
its address (which generates a GOT entry and an ADRP+LDR pair in
assembly), we just store a constant `TypeErasedParameter::Type` value.
- The biggest saving comes from the fact that we used to instantiate a
distinct `__format_value` for each length of string literal. For
LibJS, this meant 69 different functions! We can now just store them
  as a `char const*`.

I opted to use a manual tagged union instead of `Variant`: the code
wouldn't be much shorter if we used a `Variant` since we'd have to
handle converting the standard integer types to `u64`/`i64` and custom
types to the type erased wrapper via explicit constructors anyway. And
compile time overhead is smaller this way.

This gives us some nice binary size savings (numbers are from arm64
macOS LibJS):

Nico Weber bb2d80a2bb Everywhere: Gently remove the ladybird android port
With Ladybird now being its own repository, there's little reason
to keep the Ladybird Android port in the SerenityOS repository.

(The Qt port is useful to be able to test changes to LibWeb in lagom
so it'll stay around. Similar for the AppKit port, since getting
Qt on macOS is a bit annoying. But if the AppKit port is too much
pain to keep working, we should toss that too.

Eventually, the lagom browser ports should move out from Ladybird/
to Meta/Lagom/Contrib, but for now it might make sense to leave them
where they are to keep cherry-picks from ladybird easier.)

Andrew Kaster 4db5e2ba22 AK: Print timestamp, process name, and pid on all platforms
This requires duplicating some logic from Core::Process::get_name()

log messages for testing Ladybird on Linux.

The feature is hidden behind a runtime flag with a global setter in the
same way that totally enabling/disabling dbgln is.

Ali Mohammad Pur 78c04cb8b2 AK+LibPDF: Make Format print floats in a roundtrip-safe way by default
Previously we assumed a default precision of 6, which made the printed
values quite odd in some cases.
This commit changes that default to print them with just enough
precision to produce the exact same float when roundtripped.

This commit adds some new tests that assert exact format outputs, which
have to be modified if we decide to change the default behaviour.

ronak69 352480338e AK: Refactor FixedPoint's formatter
The main change is the simplification of the expression
`(10^precision * fraction) / 2^precision` to `5^precision * fraction`.

Those expressions overflow or not depends on the value of `precision`
and `fraction`. For the maximum value of `fraction`, the following table
shows for which value of `precision` overflow will occur.

            Old New
    u32 08 10
    u64 15 20
    u128 30 39

As of now `u64` type is used to calculate the result of the expression.
Meaning that before, only FixedPoints with `precision` less than 15
could be accurately rendered (for every value of fraction) in decimal.
Now, this limit gets increased to 20.

This refactor also fixes, broken decimal render for explicitly specified
precision width in format string, and broken hexadecimal render.

Timothy Flynn 685c8c3d40 Revert "AK: Automatically copy all warn/warnln logs to debug console"

Daniel Bertalan aaf1b762ea AK: Remove redundant information from TypeErasedFormatParams
The array which contains the actual parameters is always located
immediately after the base `TypeErasedFormatParams` object of
`VariadicFormatParams`. Hence, storing a pointer to it inside a `Span`
is redundant. Changing it to a zero-length array saves 8 bytes.

Secondly, we limit the number of parameters to 256, so `m_size` and
`m_next_index` can be stored in a smaller data type than `size_t`,
saving us another 8 bytes.

This decreases the size of a single-element `VariadicFormatParams` from
48 to 32 bytes, thus reducing the code size overhead of setting up
parameters for `dbgln()`.

Note that [arrays of length zero][1] are a GNU extension, but it's used
elsewhere in the codebase already and is explicitly supported by Clang
and GCC.

Tim Ledbetter 72ea046b68 AK: Add option to the string formatter to use a digit separator
`vformat()` can now accept format specifiers of the form
{:'[numeric-type]}. This will output a number with a comma separator
every 3 digits.

For example:

`dbgln("{:'d}", 9999999);` will output 9,999,999.

Binary, octal and hexadecimal numbers can also use this feature, for
example:

`dbgln("{:'x}", 0xffffffff);` will output ff,fff,fff.

MacDue 9a120d7243 AK: Add support for "debug only" formatters

errors with the new failable strings being ignored).

You make a formatter debug only by adding a constexpr method like:
