Sönke Holz 6d42b13c1a Kernel/SDHC: Increase the timeout to 20'000 * 100 us = 2 s 
The previous timeout of 100 us was way too low on real hardware.
On an old 2GB microSD card, some reads are so slow that 500 ms wasn't
even enough.
