Moses d4efdfd6d0 Kernel: Remove Locked from SpinlockProtectedBase ...

Simplify SpinlockProtectedBase by using SpinlockLocker directly in
with(). This removes the redundant Locked abstraction and makes the
locking lifetime explicit.
