We use `out32(REG_RXDESCTAIL, number_of_rx_descriptors - 1);` in the
hardware initialization code, so let's use the same value for the
sofware tail too. The mismatch would otherwise cause the card to
sometimes stop sending interrupts once m_rx_tail reached 254.

I'm not exactly sure how, but without this patch transferring my 800MiB
file over scp works perfectly fine but running the following command on
a freshly booted serenity (without SSHServer started) causes the hang.
