Sönke Holz 80baeb2970 Meta: Enable the "vc4-kms-v3d.dtbo" Raspberry Pi devicetree overlay
Despite its name, this overlay isn't Linux-specific. It enables the v3d
node next to other things.

Raspberry Pi OS also enables this overlay by default.
