Nico Weber fed29b0c20 LibPDF: Implement support for text rendering modes ...

If the current text rendering mode isn't a solid-color fill
(or a solid-color fill with a non-scaling matrix), request
vector glyphs, and use regular path rendering.

Like in regular path rendering, for fill-and-stroke, we're supposed
to not draw the stroke on top of the fill. We don't get that right
yet, see the FIXME in Renderer::fill_and_stroke_path().
