Adds tests/test_integration.py for real Google Docs API integration testing, including OAuth credential handling and document cleanup. Updates .gitignore to exclude OAuth token cache, adds .env.example for credentials, and updates dev dependencies in pyproject.toml to include python-dotenv and google-auth-oauthlib. Refactors DocsRequestBuilder in converter.py to separate insert and style requests for correct Google Docs API behavior. Bumps version to 0.1.1.dev2.
