CI: Make macOS builds Universal (Based on PR #964.)

- Change to the Universal build for the x86_64, x86_64h, and arm64 binaries using the "macOS App; Universal" build scheme.
- Also add the the xcpretty install step
- Fix artifact name typo ("artifict" → "artifact")
