Claude f7ea0452cd ci(pdfjs): stop the bump PR from pinging upstream contributors ...

The update-pdfjs-viewer workflow pastes mozilla/pdf.js's release notes
into the PR body verbatim, so every "by @user" line notified that
contributor and every https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/N link
added a cross-reference to the upstream PR (reported on #11917).

Insert a zero-width space after `@` (as Renovate does), skipping code
spans, email addresses and scoped package names inside backticks, and
rewrite github.com links to redirect.github.com, which GitHub does not
turn into cross-references.
