CfirTsabari b8e09cbedf fix(capi): don't force yara-x default features in yara-x-capi (#802) ...

yara-x-capi depended on yara-x with `default-features = true`, which
enabled every default module regardless of the capi module features
(`pe-module`, `elf-module`, ...). As Cargo features are additive, the
per-module features could never be used to build the C API without a
given module, e.g. to avoid the modules that pull in crypto crates.

Inherit the workspace dependency instead, which already has
`default-features = false`. The default capi build is unchanged, as
`default` already enables `yara-x/default-modules`. This is the same
issue #766 fixed for `yara-x-py`.
