As seen in #1519 it isn't obvious which files opencode will automatically pick up, even if we make it more obvious I still think opencode should handle filtering out duplicates, if I add "instructions": ["CLAUDE.md"] to my config opencode will double read CLAUDE.md everytime...

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
