This commit performs a full rebrand of the project:

  • Renamed package from 'opencode' to 'chalicecode'
  • Changed CLI command from 'opencode' to 'chalice'
  • Updated all package names from @opencode-ai/* to @chalicecode-ai/*
  • Renamed packages/opencode directory to packages/chalicecode
  • Updated binary name from 'opencode' to 'chalice'
  • Updated environment variables from OPENCODE_* to CHALICECODE_*
  • Updated repository URL from github.com/sst/opencode to github.com/ForgedInFiles/chalice-code
  • Updated all documentation and README files
  • Updated GitHub workflows and configuration files
  • Updated install script to use new binary name and paths

Users can now install and run the CLI as 'chalice' from anywhere in their terminal.
