Adds documentation for IO.NET provider to help users authenticate and select models.

Changes

  • Added IO.NET section to providers.mdx
  • Included API key setup instructions and authentication flow
  • Listed 17 available models with features and context limits

Requires: https://github.com/sst/models.dev/pull/432 to be merged first.

This PR only adds documentation. The provider configuration is in the linked models.dev PR. Please merge that PR before this one so IO.NET appears in opencode auth login when users read this documentation.

Testing

  • Documentation follows existing provider format
  • All links verified
  • Instructions tested against IO.NET API
