Updated the cli.mdx file to document the --refresh and --verbose flags for the models command. The documentation now includes:

  1. The optional [provider] positional argument to filter models by provider
  2. A table documenting both --refresh and --verbose flags
  3. An explanation of when to use --refresh (when new models have been added)
  4. Example commands showing usage
