This PR is just a POC to discuss ideas of improving github integration.

Currently we run the github integration through opencode github run, which as lots of code that the agent should be able to manage by itself.

This PR is just showing the direction of trying to re-use /review or maybe creating a new command /github-review.

The idea is adding additional tools for the /review command like, Create PR, Comment Issue, Comment PR Review, etc, so the agent can deal with the scenarios.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
