There should probably be more documentation about troubleshooting if someone encounters issues that are due to upstream vercel ai sdk. Perhaps we should have a command for updating provider stuff, I am not sure

Originally brought up due to comment here but if a provider package in ai sdk has an issue it isn't clear how to update / fix it.
