What does this PR do?

Adding RN Mobile App. Happy to collab on any other framework for mobile apps but will utilize local connection, vps, or tunnel to connect to opencode and display in mobile.

Waiting on better markdown parsing library, open to suggestions. Submitted a PR to streamdown-rn when i was encountering a React 19 issue.

Fixes #10288 and #6536 unify mobile app experience

How did you verify your code works?

Local testing now against my tui opencode sessions
