What does this PR do?

  • Extracts Venice cacheCreationInputTokens to cacheWriteInputTokens
  • Dicounts the cache.write tokens from the input tokens

How did you verify your code works?

Ran Opencode local version and verified that the cost and that each value of the usage matches the billing history.
