Adds opencode-snippets to the Plugins section of the ecosystem page.

opencode-snippets provides instant inline text expansion - users can type #snippet anywhere in their messages for composable, DRY prompt engineering.

The entry is placed alphabetically between opencode-skills and opencode-type-inject.
