What does this PR do?

Adds a detailed enterprise deployment and usage planning document for Claude Code across a 100-person R&D organization. This guide provides:

  • Team structure analysis with role-based usage patterns and token consumption estimates for 7 different engineer categories (senior engineers, mid-level, junior, DevOps/SRE, QA, data scientists, and managers)
  • API usage projections estimating 222M tokens monthly across the organization with cost breakdowns ($1,695/month)
