What does this PR do?

I couldn't find the OPENCODE_EXPERIMENTAL_PLAN_MODE or OPENCODE_EXPERIMENTAL_MARKDOWN on the docs website.

I thought the docs were outdated, but it looks like these values were recently added and may not be deployed yet. While checking, I noticed a few additional flags missing as well, so I opened up this PR to include them. If these flags are intentionally undocumented, feel free to close the PR.
