Since some time in 0.4.x. I've been consistently getting this message if I left an OpenCode session running for ~10mins+ (roughly, can't remember exactly how long)

It wasn't an issue before that at all and I'm not doing anything special, happens across multiple different tabs in Ghostty

Running on Macbook Pro M4 Max

Current OpenCode version v0.5.7

MacOS Sequoia 15.6

Not sure what other info I can supply to try to pinpoint this

Delete Branch "%!s()"
