first of all thanks a lot for creating opencode. When using gpt4.1 (hoste on azure + litellm) I see those errors from time to time:

Not 100% sure if this is accurate but I imagine it is related to the azure openai responses api and some id not getting cached with the rest or something? Maybe?

May be due to the litellm proxy?

it would be on their side, like I said tho Idk if I am using correct terminology but an AI_APICallError means it is an error from external source so it seems like soemthing on their end, seeing as I can use azure just fine I think it could? be related ot your proxy?
