Problem

The default behavior of auto-copy when releasing click is annoying. In Zed, it doesn't scroll up when you select and drag; and if you release the click, you can't Shift+up/down either because it auto-copies and undoes the selection.

Expected Behavior

Either:

  1. add a /copy command that copies the entire last message to clipboard or
  2. scroll when select+dragging
  3. don't auto-copy to allow for Shift-Up/Down
