Adds automatic variant generation for reasoning models available with Venice provider.

  • Maps WIDELY_SUPPORTED_EFFORTS for venice-ai-sdk-provider
  • Enables automatic reasoning effort variant generation

Build Opencode locally and tested Venice reasoning models
