Yeah I just had a prompt merge to help w this, it is a prompting issue so it may take a few iterations.

My prompt change didnt ship yet, I will use this issue to track progress

Only really seeing this happen w/ Sonic can reopen later if it continues happening but latest prompt changes seem to have fixed this in most cases
