What does this PR do?

Adds the appropriate documentation that I mistakenly neglected to include in the original Pr documentation for the recently added --fork flag. My apologies!

Resolves #12554.

How did you verify your code works?

This is a documentation only PR, so no substantial testing is required beyond making sure that bun test and bun typecheck results did not change.
