Since today, the plan agent started doing actual build agent work, while I only wanted it to plan the actual job. Not sure what's happening. It uses simple shell commands to change parts of the codebase.

@nikhilmaddirala well it kinda depends on llm so I should've been more explicit but a lot of people have gemini 2.5 pro call non existing tools repeatedly over and over < in this case it is a prompting issue

In regards to bash command stuff permissions may be a good fit there, I need to ask team their opinion on that because they are opinionated on these things
