Hi, last week's markdown table support was a much needed improvement to rendering, but there's still a few small rendering inconsistencies on my first use.

Here's the rendering on windows, v0.5.13, using zenburn theme. I'm wondering if some proper themeing support would be viable here?

#1272 appears to be relevant, but was supposedly fixed 2 weeks ago. It is still persistent today, 2 weeks after #1623 was merged.
