What does this PR do?
This PR adds a Kannada README to the project to make it more accessible for Kannada-speaking users and contributors.
There wasn’t any issue with the code itself, but the project didn’t have documentation in Kannada. I translated/adapted the existing README content into Kannada so native speakers can understand the project, setup steps, and usage more easily.

This helps improve accessibility and inclusivity for regional language users, especially beginners who may be more comfortable reading documentation in Kannada.

The Kannada README renders correctly on GitHub
Formatting (headings, code blocks, links) matches the original README
