I would like to be able to minimize or reduce the shell output displayed. For example, when code compiles the complete output is presented, which is often not interesting. This makes it hard to scroll back and forth reading the output from the LLM.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
