If the previous tool call (or shell command executed) by an agent generates an image file .png in the directory, is it possible for me to make the next turn in chat read and analyze that file without having to manually reference the file? can it attach files on its own?

I often notice it gets stuck with: (using code-supernova for example, but other models too)
